  • Original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Once approved:

  • Online prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • If cancelled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
